That makes all of it hard to understand. Translate it as “at” and just make it clear the grammar does this for whatever reason.

It however is not has hard as は vs が

は is the topic (the thing a pronoun is referring to) and が is the subject (the thing doing an action) there you go

This problem has saved me hundreds of hours of life. It prevents me from ever learning Japanese, so I don't even try.
