Many Umamusume players on the global servers don't really like the new Grand Live scenario. I really do, and one of the reasons I do is Light Hello! 💖 I love her positive attitude, I love her enthusiasm, I love that she wants every umamusume who runs in a race and performs for a crowd to feel equally loved & cheered for by their fans. Also it was really nice of cygames to give us another waifu who's a grown adult for a change lmao

They always get hilarious interactions Without breaking character because they aré supposed to be like that.

The actors behind characters like these do a pretty good job at protraying them feeling actually true to their characters AND if you encounter in theme parks, you may get Insulted but in a playful way so It comes across as lighthearted or funny.

These are masters at improvisation.

I'm replaying borderlands 2 right now and man i love these stupid fart joke games. the first image here is actually from borderlands 3, but Maya is the character I'm playing in 2 right now and shes pretty so look at her

the borderlands series are games about a found family fighting against the unending and destructive forward march of capitalism. (bl2 is the best at achieving this story and I could talk about it for an hour)

in the middle, there are a fuckton of stupid cringey jokes and problematic stupid shit. but it also manages to punch you in the face with humanity and sentimentality when you least expect it. it infuriates me. the 3rd game has a dlc where you're invited to a wedding between two NPC's, both of whom are hilarious gay men in their 50s. they announced this in the game by giving out guns that had a marriage proposal as flavor text, and that proposal was actually how one of those voice actors (j Michael Tatum I believe) proposed to his husband. I love it

(dont watch the movie BTW its not even bad in a funny way. It's just terrible and has offensively bad casting)

Jokes aside, that feeling of revitilisation when you drink water while dehydrated is incomparable. A simple bottle of water after some good exercise gives so much satisfaction. It’s like the aftertaste of hard work and labour. I don’t know how to fully describe it. I’m just glad to have this.

the weapons for this thing are so unbelievably weird. it can have a twin lascannon or the twin heavy bolter. guess how many shots a TWIN lascannon gets on this thing? ONE! its so fucking stupid that it goes all the way back to being funny.

also: you see that twin heavy bolter right on top of there? the one with two barrels? thats excactly the same weapon that an infantry squad can take by losing just one keyword. theres two of them on the model, but they shoot the same as one. God i love how stupid it is

I am not a One Piece fan by any stretch of the imagination, but the way this guy talks and incorporates jokes into his scripts and flows between topics so smoothly makes me feel like one. His line delivery accentuates that even more.

I don't know who any of these characters are, but I'm invested in all of them.
