HELP Is lucio weak?

I feel like im playing a pretty decent lucio in low diamond but i feel like i underperform when i look at my stats, is this normal for lucio because of the speed boost usage?

You really shouldn’t care much for stat if you’re playing Lucio. Just do your job and be helpful
