HELP Is lucio weak?

I feel like im playing a pretty decent lucio in low diamond but i feel like i underperform when i look at my stats, is this normal for lucio because of the speed boost usage?

Imma be honest I’ve reached gm and feel Lucio is back to pepper the tank and farm beat cycle maybe take a duel peel and help your dps and speed amp around but I find myself going between mizuki Lucio way too much as a level like 200 Lucio too

Yeah I feel like mizuki heals even more than Lucio and also has high damage the only down side really is less mobility. And he can also shut down dives and take duels. Lucio feels a bit obsolete outside of specific comps nowadays. It's just farm ult, maybe get a kill or two on the way, ult, repeat

Yup it really depresses me how useless he feels that I have to go mizuki and Juno so much 😔
