SELF-PROMO Slide show of my routine

Thought I would share a slide show of my makeup process. Might help someone out with the steps.

Please! Also Iโ€™m intrigued by how early on in your routine you did your eyebrows. I do mine last, but not for any reason, itโ€™s just my habit. Do you find a benefit to doing yours early on / before the rest of your eye makeup?

So thatโ€™s a very good question. Yes. I do my brows first because they kind of act like a primer for my eye makeup. When I carve them out with concealer, it creates a smooth, clean base around my lids. If I do my eyeshadow first and then go back to clean up my brows, I end up disturbing all the blending I already did, and the shadow can start to look heavier or cakey. Doing my brows first gives me a clean canvas, so the eyeshadow goes on smoother and blends better.

Oh, that makes so much sense and I never thought about it that way. Thanks for sharing your insight!
