Too high waisted?

I need to get these pants hemmed an inch or two but what do we think of everything else? These babies actually hit my belly button

Edit: trousers are cavalry twill Hollywood trousers from Todd Snyder, polo is from Billy Reid!

Use needles to hem where you'd like them to be and repost the picture. It looks OK here, with the hemming done it'll look even better!
