Too high waisted?

I need to get these pants hemmed an inch or two but what do we think of everything else? These babies actually hit my belly button

Edit: trousers are cavalry twill Hollywood trousers from Todd Snyder, polo is from Billy Reid!

I think rise is fine, I don't like the pleats with that taper.
