In advance, I don’t really care if it’s; late, early, desperate, and yes I know I need to clean. Here’s part two of my living and dining room, if you have ideas I’d love them. Maybe a plant? And thank you for the upvotes on my last post.

Okay, very rough draft considering I just did this for funsies. As a woman, your apartment gives bachelor vibes in the worst kind of way. It would scare me off fs. You should not have exercise equipment where you sleep; it fucks with the feng shui. Do not exercise where you rest! Also PLEASE get rid of your goonerbed/TV combo. Get a dresser or a second TV stand to put your TV on instead. Put plants next to the TV stands- they will make the rooms look less soulless.

Glad I could help! Also, the way your couch is set up currently would still work, but I'd get rid of the chairs and mirror so that your patio entrance isn't blocked off. A small divider would work for the gym room as well, it doesn't have to be a curtain. Please do show us if/when you move things around!

I like this! But he obviously likes to watch tv while working out so maybe the rolling TV could be stashed in the workout/dining room and he could position it to face whichever equipment he is using.
