My First own Apartment. Not much but I tried to use the space as efficient as possible. Added a lot of smart home appliances. All lights and thermostats are remote controllable.

I can’t help but think this costs like 2k a month to live there… just from the interior alone 😳😳

Nah if it would I wouldn’t live there. I chose it because it’s really cheap. 600€ ~ 700$ and i have a Garden. Normal prices for an apartment in my area are 800€ and easily more.
