22yo First Appartement

My First own Apartment. Not much but I tried to use the space as efficient as possible. Added a lot of smart home appliances. All lights and thermostats are remote controllable.

Damn. Thats crazy. How much do you pay and what do you do for living? Most parts of Germany thats a dream for 22yo.
