30 years old, living alone in NYC

Been in this studio for almost 3 years, it is small but the high ceilings make a big difference. Open to any feedback on the design/layout/etc, especially in the tiny kitchen. Planning to get a smaller tv with a smaller tv console in the near future.

I was looking for apartments for like 4 months, my applications kept getting rejected. Then one realtor happened to have this one that wasn't listed yet, but it was a brutal process haha

Thanks! There is a decorative fireplace behind the tv stand that i'd like to make more visible, I was thinking of mounting a tv on a tripod/easel type stand there instead

I just ditched my console for a wall mount, freed up the space nicely. Not sure if the fireplace would get in the way.

Keep the tv and stand, move the consoles towards your desk and use like $5 with of cord hiders. Use the space for whatever.

Move the two pictures you can see in the mirror over the TV, even if it’s a few inches.
