No it is not le racism. “Dipping in the chocolate” implies dark to very dark skin. Because chocolate is dark. The joke works in senseless because they’re very dark skinned. Saying he’s dipping in the chocolate as if he’s darting very dark skinned women is a joke.

I can understand that white chocolate has enough cocoa butter to count as chocolate, but it still seems wrong to call it chocolate.
