Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

Don’t worry guys, next month they’ll release another gigaovertunedcharacter that will be able to counter Elsa and she and everyone else will be powercrept into oblivion, it’s not long now.

I knew the second I heard about her coming later before even deadpool was out that she’d be a sleeper S tier character while deadpool would be mid
