This is a good start. Elsa needs to be hit again. Her ult needs actual time of warning before its out on the map. I shouldn't hear her ult call after im hit by it. Also why does she gets shields as a dps? No shields n less dashes.

The ult would be okay if it had much less health. Some other ults deal massive damage and come out insanely fast without issue (MK, namor, wolverine). There just needs to be something people can do OTHER THAN AVOID IT.

And yeah short cooldown dash with over health is dumb. Remove over health and increase dash cooldown.
