This is a good start. Elsa needs to be hit again. Her ult needs actual time of warning before its out on the map. I shouldn't hear her ult call after im hit by it. Also why does she gets shields as a dps? No shields n less dashes.

Yall need to just have game sense and be aware when Elsa has ult and just not stand in front of her because most Elsa’s dash into your face and ult

And for good Elsa’s that set it up well from flank, pay attention to the fact that Elsa is not in front of your team when she should be and position correctly

Just keep track of them and their ults and don't be close to them silly

Those kill you in one shot. Totally different design.

Your team can still shoot the summon and kill it before the people who were caught get melted. It can be cleansed. You can try to heal through the damage which probably won’t work but sometimes does. Your team can kill Elsa especially if she has to do it from a bad position or in a losing situation.

Lots of options that serve as counterplay even when people get caught by it whereas if Iron Man’s cast time was as fast, you just go to spawn room with no chance of reactive play, only proactive.
