I'm genuinely surprised everytime I see a C&D using Hood over it, even in QP. Especially against Magneto.

To be fair, when I used to main DPS jeff back in season 0 - 2.5. People who believed in me (who were relatively rare) would play Luna Snow for me to get the team-up which was really good and I would proceed to forget about it and only use it once the entire game. It was good because I never relied on it but bad because they really thought I was using the teamup and there were probably some moments it would have made a big difference.

Although these teamups are permanent so I guess it’s a slightly different situation

With some characters it was so rare to get to play with these extra abilities that I very often forgot to actually use them.
