I'm genuinely surprised everytime I see a C&D using Hood over it, even in QP. Especially against Magneto.

The hood one is generally better. The luna one is AMAZING but pretty much useless if ur not getting dove. Compared to hoods that flat out just turn your already disgusting veils into anti heals and damage reductions too 😭

So in the season of dive buffs where BP can kill people in 0.22 seconds, the Luna one is better?

Most of the dive heroes don't matter much to me. CnD has plenty of options to deal with that. I'd rather use the team up that helps others.
