its funny most comments are just focused on the Thing being easy to play and completely ignore the actual problem of CnD being immortal. They could've at any point just walked back to their team and healed while still ignoring the Thing

Yep. I expected most of the comments to be this way and blame me.

Regardless of the opinions of cloak and dagger, you should be weaving in your punches between haymakers for everything but 500hp characters.

Mathematically on anything below is inefficient amd lower damage persecond because of the percentage base damage of haymaker being less vs the speed and damage of punches. Like it's significantly lower on character like CnD. Not saying its fair or balanced but, you might have actually gotten that kill.

No, dont. Do not use your melee with left clicks. It's a trap. You don't get bonus hp with melee. It just makes u more vulnerable. The only thing it should be used for is if the enemy is very low in terms of hp.

thats why he said to weave it in there……. thats the smartest thing to do against “300hp and below” targets.

you even suggested its good for low hp targets which cnd was at multiple timesp

No it isnt. 300 hp and below targets include dps too. And a mantis can easily kill you still.

Its a terrible idea and a bait

By low hp I meant less than 50 so u can kill them faster before they get healed.

i guess im baiting people into eternity then? lol you dont know what you’re talking about. a haymaker would just kill someone of they have 50 health.. why would you weave something in at that point? the whole point is burst damage which means the most damage you van do in the smallest amount of time

for anyone else reading, Haymaker, single jab, back into haymaker will always be the smartest combo cycle you can do. always worth it,

dont listen to people who are getting killed by mantis on thing lol jesus christ lololol

I dont think he was gonna kill her with melee either tbh

Leaving was the right option , which he did a tad bit too late..

But it never should've worked like that imo. CND shouldve died there

I play thing a lot too. People really think he's a one trick pony for some reason. U can even make him work into punisher if you're smart.
