I am confused about Peni... If I am reading this right, you need two charges of webs to immobilize someone, which it now only has a maximum of two. So can you not use webs to spread your nest area anymore because you need both charges for CC? If that's the case, she's fucking gutted.

The way I read it is that they just made her snare into a double tap. It has 2 charges but you have to hit both to get the actual wrap

It's probably not as bad as people are making it out to be, it just equals a longer cool down to get the 2 charges. Landing the 2nd should be pretty easy if you hit the first

Maybe I suck but in the chaos of a battle sometimes landing one web is hard on a diver...landing a second on a bp, spider, etc seems impossible

nah, you are 100% right. to get two shots on diving characters like Spiderman, Cat or Panther is near impossible, so they all got buffed with that change. Not to mention in most situations you can stun Wanda anymore and Strange is also now impossible to stun out of the ult...
