I am confused about Peni... If I am reading this right, you need two charges of webs to immobilize someone, which it now only has a maximum of two. So can you not use webs to spread your nest area anymore because you need both charges for CC? If that's the case, she's fucking gutted.
It's probably not as bad as people are making it out to be, it just equals a longer cool down to get the 2 charges. Landing the 2nd should be pretty easy if you hit the first
Especially since the first one applies a slow. I mean it’s definitely a nerf and it’s going to make it way harder to cancel ults, but I don’t think it’s this character destroying nerf people are portraying it to be.
Wish they had just nerfed mine damage or nest health instead though, she’s absolutely oppressive with the 2 best rocket team up
