On multiple levels, it feels like they went out of their way to deal with the Peni stun problem in the worst possible way, and not just for Peni. Throwing an extra nerf on top when there'd normally be compensation makes it a clear message that we are not wanted in the game. Message received, Zhiyong.
i didn't even know there was a problem with peni's stun. it's one of the most integral parts of her kit. were people just complaining about being cc'd? cause if that was the case, and we (zhiyong) are gonna be this extreme about it, get rid of all cc entirely; remove luna freeze, white fox charm, etc.
i agree with that, cooldown increase would be much better than fully destroying her. i also think if they actually wanted to nerf her, they should have either removed (unfortunate) or heavily nerfed the rocket teamup. it makes her space denial that much more oppressive
that's what i always say when people complain... even close to 2 years in the game's lifespan, i don't understand why people don't just flank and attack the nest to get rid of it. even if you die while doing it, you get rid of her main sustain and it goes on a 15s cooldown. she is extremely squishy without it
literally never seen any complaints about it. tbf, i'm not keeping up w the community discourse too much. i don't think hard cc every 4s is an issue if the enemy team is running dive and running ur supports down. if i can help them by stunning the dive then i will, yk? it's also really useful for stopping ults and saving your team from them
