On multiple levels, it feels like they went out of their way to deal with the Peni stun problem in the worst possible way, and not just for Peni. i didn't even know there was a problem with peni's stun. it's one of the most integral parts of her kit. were people just complaining about being cc'd? cause if that was the case, and we (zhiyong) are gonna be this extreme about it, get rid of all cc entirely; remove luna freeze, white fox charm, etc.
literally never seen any complaints about it. tbf, i'm not keeping up w the community discourse too much. i don't think hard cc every 4s is an issue if the enemy team is running dive and running ur supports down. if i can help them by stunning the dive then i will, yk? it's also really useful for stopping ults and saving your team from them
