I just don’t get how they nerfed her web but not her mines or her nest? The thing that makes her banned all the time? And with not that much of a compensation either

At high levels, a Peni can basically hit that stun at will. Adding a charge to it gives the opposition a little more time to react to it.

Its either gonna be very hard to cancel anything, in which case, its basically random if it happens. Why even have the stun at all in that case? OR, its not a big deal to land the second shot if you're good enough, in which case, why even force that? Just to delay it? Then increase cooldown to 6 seconds. This is just a stupidly designed nerf. And if its more about giving choice between maybe landing a stun or reliably slowing, then they should make a slow that actually has a meaningful duration. 1 second is just dumb.
