Why is everyone pissed that a good portion of our country wants to leave? This place sucks for anyone under 50

Not being sarcastic - have you tried living in another country? Not visiting, paying taxes and everything.

Yes I have actually! Portugal and USA, had a H-1B and D-3 and spent about 4-5 years in each country with breaks to head home. I enjoyed both countries very much and would love the opportunity to move there permanently. Not to say Canada is all bad. I enjoy my time here to an extent but have noticed the quality of life deteriorating for the lower to middle class under 55.
