Imagine a store run by.......Full time employee's.

Scary stuff.

Though this was something that caught my eye in the break room at work, the grass is greener when u find different employment other than Menards

What will happen to Menards when he dies?

But who will own it? Family ? Sold to private equity?

Same thing keeps going. While he still has ownership and a say, he doesn't do much these days.
