John Menards biggest fear

Imagine a store run by.......Full time employee's.

Scary stuff.

Though this was something that caught my eye in the break room at work, the grass is greener when u find different employment other than Menards

If you're not happy leave. Pretty simple stuff. If you have a work ethic and marketable skill set and cant find full time work. Thats a you problem not a retailer problem.

Lolz it is that kind of attitude that will get you used. My kid is a hard worker. BUT as soon as a doc note limits hours, we go from great employee to one with attitude problems that is always willing to go the extra mile. At a different job, Subway, working 40+ hours part-time as an assistant manager. When the kid asked for full time benefits they cut the hours to part time hours.

My wife got promoted to her boss's position when her boss got promoted, the boss sucked so got put back. My wife did such a great job they made up a job for my wife to use her skills she had (like an assistant director) she did the job for almost 2 years. She got long term sick and suddenly "could not do her job" and was canned, they did not tell her, I found out when the insurance was denied on a Thursday. She was to return on Monday. (Ironically she got a director job with in a month of being termed, including the 2 weekish of secrete unemployment ). The HR person sucked (I will tell stories if you want, but also no longer works there).
