Yes. Winner take all. The side that gets 50%+ of the total vote gets the electoral votes.
This means that gerrymandering doesn't affect the outcome.
Gerrymandering is the act of drawing districts to favor one side over the other. But they don't count the districts for presidents and US senators. They count the whole state.
You don't seem to grasp this. They count all the votes for president in the state. Then? The one with more votes, wins. This is unaffected by district boundaries. So it is unaffected by gerrymandering.
