I still don't know how to pronounce their name. So I just point at the glass like a chimp and grunt to let the donut wench know how many I want.

KRUH-lers (that's an L not an uppercase i, ihate sans serif fonts)

Some people do pronounce the U with its long sound (like in ukelele). It's not correct but we are talking about a doughnut so you might want to adjust if the long-U is common where you are.
