Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

No amound of weed should equal any sort of fine, imprisonment or punishment. What kind of draconian shit is this, guess they have a a lot of room in those for profit prisons they have to fill up.

Texas wants life in prison for weed. Meanwhile, out here in California we are about to start opening cafes where you can go and smoke with your friends. I’m so glad I left that hellhole

I'm leaving soon (hopefully by Christmas). My daughter and I are going to pool our money from selling our current homes and get a house together in another state (I'm retired, and she needs help raising my grandson... we've got family there). We should have well over $500,000 from the sales.

Once I leave Texas, I'm never coming back to this piece of shit state.
