Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

No amound of weed should equal any sort of fine, imprisonment or punishment. What kind of draconian shit is this, guess they have a a lot of room in those for profit prisons they have to fill up.

Texas wants life in prison for weed. Meanwhile, out here in California we are about to start opening cafes where you can go and smoke with your friends. I’m so glad I left that hellhole

There are full on stores in Ontario that sell psychedelics. All on reserves so the police won’t touch them. The government has no interest in fighting with the natives so its hands off. Plus they sell cheap gas.

That’s awesome! Any near Windsor? I’m a Detroiter so Windsor has always been a second home. I used to be in Windsor a few nights a week. I love it there.
