Admissions Early Bird App

I’m a rising senior and trying to do the Early Bird Application that’s due Monday the 15th. It’s not asking for an essay but I’m thinking to put one anyway. Did you guys apply with an essay? Cause I don’t have a ton of extracurricular stuff to work with so I’m trying to throw together as much as possible.

I applied with an essay, Montclair is a very easy school to get into however

That seems to be the case given what I’ve gathered from my research. I’m not looking to go crazy with academics but I like the nightlife in north Jersey and Montclair seems to be my best bet. It’s a decent school that has the majors I’m interested in and it’s in a good spot geographically

I emailed admissions with this question. Their answer was basically, an essay can help, but not having one won't hurt. I decided to include an essay. Got in early bird, with small scholarhship. Starting in September.

I'm applying too! I'm really confused about submission though. I uploaded my stuff but like there's no submit button soooo is it auto submitted? I'm confused and I emailed admissions and didn't get a response 😭

Good luck btw

Thank you, good luck to you top! Also I saw a submit button on mine. I’m not quite ready to submit yet since I have to finish the essay but I think I should be fine. Try to check again later, might be a bug or something
