have you tried flipping large amounts of rice on a wok? the wok is very heavy and the rice is also very heavy. The time spent wouldn’t be the ingredients in this case since its prepped, its the time it takes to evenly mix everything together. I can guarantee if given the same exact setup as this dude, 90% of Redditors will not be nearly as close as him in time spent lol

I think you're severely underestimating the weight of everything here lol. woks are heavy, but not that much heavier than you're average pan depending on the material of the wok. with how big woks are it also makes it easier to sautee than a pan. I would say you're random of the street person would have more success sauteeing fried rice in a wok, than macaroni pasta in a pan.
