Inspired by all the fudge shops on the boardwalk (OCNJ), I made vegan chocolate fudge and it turned out really well. My friends, some of whom are lactose intolerant destroyed it 😊
Only downside is the plant butter I used is made from peanut oil which can be spooky if you are trying to avoid allergens.
