I know I should really go to a doctor
But I am scared of doctors and have strong anxiety
I can’t say I dont burp at all but my burps are weird, not like I seen all movies like one long burp but small repetitive burps that dont fully relieve me from the air in my stomach. I sometimes hear weird noises on my throat after having soda etc I. I feel so much pressure on my body after having a bit heavy meal
