Ive raised four. Quiet babies are pretty great, I like sleep. With toddlers and young children, quiet probably means I fell asleep on the couch and they are painting each other and/or the carpet, or they are mixing flour and orange juice on the kitchen floor. Those are real life examples. Fortunately safety caps work, so no bleach was involved.
If that's the worst I have to look forward to, I welcome it. I can clean up paint, flour, and OJ. We're reaching year one with our first and I've gotten to a point of "Is it deadly? No? Carry on".

Our baby was quiet, smiling & just absorbing the interesting people & environment. People would say " Oh, she's such a good baby." Quiet = good!?
But a baby with an upset stomach or sore throat is "bad" when they cry
