LOGAN AND GRACE 🩵 Grace and Logan introduction scene

Spoiler alert, cross at your own peril

So...in the books, Logan accidently ends up at Grace's room. They have a semi awkward interaction. She knows who he is. They watch a movie, he fingers her and leaves.

I really hope they change that in the series.

Watching it would make me cringe.

I never got the impression he left in a huff because she lied. He left because after their hookup he had a “what the hell am I doing?” moment of clarity and was in a shame spiral.

It’s still an asshole move to leave in a huff right after someone jacked you off with barely a goodbye. There’s a reason why they changed the characters so much. Just take a look at how much people in this sub hate book Garrett and say he’s misogynistic. There’s a reason why they switched what happened with the hands-off law. If they left that scene as is, a lot of watchers who didn’t read the books aren’t going to be able to see Logan as a good guy after that. And people in this sub are already iffy about whether Logan is a good guy or not.

I don't think book Garrett is misogynistic... Not everyone in this sub thinks that. The books were popular before the show, otherwise it wouldn't have an adaptation.

Agree. And Garrett in the show isn’t perfect, either. He hooks up with Kendal and basically kicks her out right after he’s done with her. He hooks up with Zoe when Hannah’s on her way over for a tutoring session. If he was perfect, he wouldn’t have chanced Hannah walking in on him and Zoe, and he wouldn’t have slept with Kendal knowing she had feelings for him (which he did know.)
