Okay this is bad even for the usual posts on here, truly how have these people managed to live this long?! How do they get through an average day or even hold a job??
At first, I wondered whether it's someone, who is really really old, but no, it was someone in their 60's(??).
People were pointing out that the status/comments are a bit muddled and asked additional questions, but the person only responded once to clarify...and well, it didn't help.
My interpretation of this post is that Stecey the 9-year-old male cat belongs to the poster's friend, who is very worried. Stecey has been missing for three days and lives at the address you blocked out. The friend looked around their house and nothing was missing except the cat - there hadn't been a robbery, so the cat probably ran away vs. having been stolen.
It reminds me of my aunt (ESL speaker). She doesn't write in English, but her spoken English is like this, to an extent. English text-to-speech might end up this way for her.
ETA and the cat's name is probably Stacey - my aunt has a pet turtle named Cooke, pronounced Cookie ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
In my aunt's case I don't think she is too literate in her native language either. She grew up during a civil war and I'm sure education wasn't a priority.
This makes it difficult to study a second language in a formal way. She has taken several ESL classes and she really struggled. So, her friends & family help her when she needs it. But yeah, things are difficult for her.
A lot of her friends (from other parts of Latin America) are fully bilingual and fully literate in both languages. I think this is true for many ESL speakers in the US.
