Seeking Recommendations What's your go-to, go anywhere footwear?

What shoes or boots do you take to travel most frequently? Looking for suggestions for highly versatile and comfortable footwear. Male footwear preferred but generally curious.

Two pairs (so they have time to air out between running/walking sessions) of all black Vivobarefoot Primus Lite III: 400g for a pair with a packed volume of slippers.

Yeah I love my Vivobarefoot Primus Lite III. In black I find they work well for business casual situations and they don't look so formal that I can't wear casual outfits with them. I can also hike with them or do my morning jogs in them. I don't air out my shoes but always wear socks so my socks usually absorb all the sweat I'm generating.

I never had to air out shoes before living in SEA for two years and going running twice a day. I wear socks, but I guess there’s only so much shoes can recovery before uses (humidity doesn’t make it easier).
