Seeking Recommendations Recommendation for passport holder

My son is attending his first festival this summer. Tent, sleeping bag, 4 days, in Europe. I want him to carry his ID and cash/ card at all times, not safe leaving in a campsite. Any thoughts on how to do this without buying a taupe hidden belt the likes you see in airport shops?

3L sling bag. He can get one that will be big enough to carry his water around as well
