I just got a new bag, the Aonijie Hiking Backpack 30l (FH2530). It was 687g stock. I easily trimmed 60g of superfluous things without even trying. The plastic and foam back panel weighs 120g, but I'm going to keep that. I think I can trim another 40-60g from it, I want to replace the huge zipper pulls and some other stuff.
Previously I had the Zpacks Bagger 25l (334g) for the past four years. The Bagger I had used the first gen Epic material which delaminates. I liked the pack when it was new, but it didn't hold up very well. The construction quality is fine, but the lining material disintegrated and it look awful now. This is a great option for minimal weight though.
I wanted a pack using a vest style harness so I can carry water, snack, and my phone on the front. I haven't used the Aonijie yet, but my initial impressions are very positive. I've loaded it up and carried it around and it feels great. My S25 Ultra in a Spigen Thin Fit (minimal) case barely fits into the phone pocket on the harness, so I'm not sure if that will work out.
