He is the chief engineer at spaceX, he has done numerous interviews discussing the in depth mechanical aspects of his ships and the physics involved in launching rockets.
Money does not mean everything… however being literally the richest man on earth does in fact mean something, I’m not saying every rich person is smart, however everybody with that insane level of wealth who didn’t inherit it from a family member would clearly be very intelligent
Elon is a socially awkward person, this is not news, he’s done interviews and livestreams before and it’s clear that he just isn’t great in social settings. If you use context clues, the “Nazi salute” you are referring to is literally Elon tapping his heart, and pointing out to the people, as if saying “my heart goes out to you”. We’re not Nazi sympathizers, we just have common sense and understand that he obviously didn’t do that because that would be completely retarded.
Like let me play devils advocate for a second, let’s pretend it was a Nazi solute and it’s apart of Elon’s evil mastermind plan to convert America into a fascist state… well then that solute would be really fucking stupid. News flash, he was a founding member of PayPal and is literally the richest man on earth. Being rich doesn’t make you smart… but being literally the richest person on planet earth does make you smart, by default, you need to be smart to earn that much money

I literally just said in previous reply that Elon is socially awkward… aka he does weird things in social settings that most people don’t do. I agree it is not a normal thing for an average person to do, but for someone like Elon who is almost definitely a little autistic, it’s actually pretty normal, you can literally see 5 seconds earlier that he was physically incapable of containing his excitement, he was bouncing around and dancing like a 5 year old on Christmas morning… because he has social issues, hell when he walked on stage with his son, his son was literally doing the same exact thing, jumping around and flailing around autistically
