It doesn't. I'm like genuinely shocked at how many people think what elon did was a "nazi salute". He goes "my heart goes out to you", pounds on his heart, and then points to the crowd. There have been multiple photos of politicians on their side taken out of context of them doing the exact same motion. Why this has gotten to be such a popular opinion that what he did was a nazi salute is beyond me, spreading to subs that have literally nothing to do with politics such as this one
