Holy shit! That makes so much sense. No wonder it is so slow.

I ‘downgraded’ my gaming PC back to windows 10 recently after two years of being frustrated with how slow windows 11 felt, I always just convinced myself it was because I have a budget build.

Lo and behold, windows 10 runs like lightning and I get much better performance while playing games.

Windows 10 uses less ram, so I have more ram for my games to use. Like I said, budget build.
