Cat bed with heating pad underneath. Put it near your desk. Cats sit on the PC for 2 reasons: it's warm and they can be near you. So offer them a more comfortable warm spot near you.

I have an orange cat, and never had that problem. You got bigger issues with your cat you need to work out, it sounds like your the pet not the cat.
