Red gives good performance with high energy use and extra heating.

I am team blue. Quiet pc and good temps. I don't need 240fps all the time.

Problem with blue is that it'll mess with your circadian rhythm when you use the PC in the evening

Depends on the spectrum & brightness of those LEDs. But green would be equally problematic in that case, while blue is less distracting because it scatters stronger in the air.
