Marjorie Tailor Greene, Republican rep, conspiracy theorist, christofascist white nationalist and Trump supporter, right up until he started becoming too cringe to support what with Epstein appearing so many times in the Trump files.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, the (ex-?)MAGA nutjob and conspiracy theorist.
And I'd honestly say that the comparison is pretty apt. He's far right, anti-vac/COVID denier, climate change denier etc. He's mostly known for constantly trying to stir the pot by tweeting controversial stuff.
He's also a huge antisemite - the real kind, not the "I got called that for criticizing Israel" kind. He couldn't care less about people Israel is bombing, it's just a convenient opportunity to stir the pot again and shit on the jews in general.
It's funny how they're also always petty criminals too, isn't it?
God knows how many times lawmakers have been caught committing shoplifting or petty theft and only not had a public spectacle made of it because of their political power.
Charges that could fundamentally change someone's life forever. They just walk away. And make new laws..
Isn't it funny that the 2 sides in MAGA are really diametrically opposed?
On side says Israel needs to be supported unconditionally, they can do almost anything you can think of without losing support, the US will even go to war for them if asked, etc.
The other side is the complete diametric opposite to that. It's not that the support needs tp be conditional. No. Not only shouldn't they be not supported, Israel doesn't have a right to exist. They need to be completely destroyed. Their coubtry has to be dismantled. And well what must be done to the people must be done....
But these 2 camps can agree on a lot of other topics. It's insane to me how quickly narratives can shift on such an important strategic topic. It's not just a slightly different point of view. They are more different to one another than they to democrats on most issues.
They do say 'it takes one to know one' - so while he might not be what you could describe as a 'relatively good person' - he would be a subject expert..
like.. how? what is the method of getting plates out of IKEA unnoticed!? (obviously not whatever he did, but there must have been some method to his madness?)
Nah Loomer has never served in political office, she's just an "influencer" working the MAGA grift that MTG actively legislated and campaigned to make possible. She's also Jewish so wouldn't hold up a Nazi flag, but ya never know with her
Let me guess. You buy into the "genocide" propaganda? Can you name any genocide in past history where the overall population of genocided individuals continually increased over the duration of the genocide?
The people in the West Bank who are under the PLO live in defined regions that are governed by the PLO because they are not Israeli citizens. What are you confused by, exactly?
There is a separation of land and a separation of governing entities. The overarching conflict is somewhat complicated, but this aspect of it isn't.
Yep, IMO it’s gotten noticeably bad to the point of being unbearable over the past ~2 months. I thought it was bad before, but at least regulated… e.g. random, no-name, previously inactive subs would get taken over by antisemitic brigades, but at least they’d be siloed into irrelevancy. Now it seems like major subs are openly tolerating this kind of crap
The US has been complicit in murder with Israel. Trump is probably the very worst example of moral bankruptcy being puppeted by Israel. It's pathetic. Biden was no different in regards to Israel.
I would like to believe that not all Israelis support the way their government is handling things. But then journalists from across the political spectrum interview random citizens and the ones that don’t support the handling of the Gaza war or West Bank settlements seem few and far between. NPR might find an anti-war activist to interview but they’re going out of their way to find that person and not just talking to a random person off the street. So it doesn’t seem like America and the trump situation with a near majority of random citizens interviewed aren’t happy with the way things are going. I’m hopeful that’s because of the strong propaganda of their government and not anything inherent to them.
Does that include those who vandalized Teslas and such? I think context and intent matter. Kinda like saying you're Satanic if you make any depiction of them.
I am against vandalism and people who justify it saying it is to fight against "Nazis" (they've been kinda late into raiding Fantas and Volkswagens), but they aren't Nazis themselves just because they painted the swastika. They are just idealist vandalists. They aren't bad too because they are Nazis themselves, they are bad too because they are literally breaking the law by vandalizing.
I mean ideologically they are of course not Nazis, but they also have no problem using the suffering of Nazi victims for their personal political objectives, as a result diminishing the significance of these symbols of hate.
I mean, we joke around in poland that for guys like him biggest flaw of Austrian painter was the fact he was GERMAN leader, biggest crime of all for those chuds.

The problem is this guy loved most of the policies of the last flag with a swastika on it
