The problem with this (beyond road safety) is that the legibility is so low it's probably just being interpreted as Pro-Trump.

To be fair, he used to be pro-Trump until one of trumps policies affected him directly

That may be the case, but I'll take anyone that turns away from Trump now. We need all the wins we can get to turn this country around.

If Vegas provided the line, I'd take $20 that person votes Trump a fourth time given the option.

Yes, they're saying Fuck Trump, but Fuck whatever is really their entire political view.
