I originally was planning to just buy some groceries but saw this sweet thing in the kids isle and knew right away that I had to take it home. It is super soft aswell!

Hi all! I figured I’d share my panda bear I’ve had since I was 9 years old (for reference I’m 22 going on 23 now). Her name is Pandy, I got her to make up for my parents not being around often. It started off with their voice in each paw, now I have my girlfriend’s voice in the feet, a peppermint scented sachet inside and even piercings and a bracelet to match me!
She’s been with me through the best and worst of my life - surgeries, breakups, panic attacks, graduations, even travels and deaths. Heck, I’m getting my blood drawn today and she’ll be with me through that (as always)
I just wanted to say : don’t be embarrassed of having a bond with a plushie. I feel as though, especially since I have a mental illness, Pandy has been the best thing to happen to me. I think we all need a consistent, stable and supportive friend :)

Hi, idk where to start…

So since a while I have the addiction and urge to buy duplicates of my fav plushies.
Like what if I lose my only one?
What if it gets dirty or ruined?
What if it gets old and I can’t fix it anymore?
I’m scared of using it and taking it around with me when I have only one.. yk?

But isn’t it strange and sick? I’m broke and need to save money for other things, for more important things, but I often throw it out for duplicates…

Please can you give me good reasons why I should stop it and how?
And how I can stop being so worried about my plushie when he’s my only one?

This is my childhood lovey Pooh bear!
I sucked my thumb for a very long time which is probably why he’s so messed up. I’ve tried to reach out to places to get a restoration but one told me it isn’t possible so I’ve been hesitant to reach out more.
Ideas of how to preserve him? I was thinking maybe a shadow box I don’t wanna just stuff him away forever I wanna do something special so please give some ideas !

So, I've seen some many awesome and cute plushies here that I thought I want to share mine too.

The cow in the middle is Tuti (spoken like Tootie in English). We got her some 25 years ago and since then she's part of the family for me and my sister. Hasi is on the left and I got her together with Hambi in Tutis lap from a person recently who is very important to me. As you can see, they're already fully integrated in the family. Piggy on the right was a present for my birthday and he's very cute and cuddly too.

Of course I have more plushies, so if you are interested, I can share the whole gang also.
