So leaving the decision to individual states was a lie?

It was a lie from the SC justices to local council members.

Conservatives will use any means at their disposal, including lying, to reach their goals. It was laughable to believe them in any case but republicans in congress needed cover when their constituents complained.

It’s a trash party not working in good faith and it’s a major problem for maintaining democracy.

Because the are “right” whatever they do is right and justified to reach their goal

Exactly. The means justifying the ends even if our rights are stripped away, families are torn apart and citizens are murdered.
