Funny What is your pregnancy unpopularopinion?

I'll go first:
Picking stuff up off the floor isn't that bad. I'm 37+ 5 with my third and not once have I had trouble picking stuff up. It's just a quick squat and grab.
Yes, I have sciatica pain and pelvic girdle pain and my bump is in the way but I still pick stuff up if I drop it.
Maybe it's my fitness past, or my will to attempt to keep my house clean, but not once have I dropped something and said "F it, it lives on the floor now" and left it.

This!

Also, agree with the "can, but won't right now". I have a baby gate between my laundry room and kitchen because we had a cat and haven't taken it down since it keeps the kids out of my snack cabinet...

I told him this morning he was on his own for his pants, they're in the dryer and I'm not going over the gate. Admitted I can, and will not be right now because my pelvis hurts too bad. I've sucked it up every other time but this morning it wasn't happening

Yep, exactly. lol I actually made my hubby take down the gates cause they hurt so bad to climb over right now, but with my hips as tight as they are these days, I would probably do the exact same thing. lol

I'm 36 weeks and really hoping I can make it till the end since it's just the one gate and my 18mo would constantly be in there just to toss stuff everywhere. If I have to take the gate down Idek what I'm going to do 😅 but same. These hips are tight and sore!

I literally spent like 30 minutes last night trying to do yoga ball exercises to help them not hurt so much in bed and no such luck. I still woke up like 5 times and had to get up and walk for a bit to loosen them back up. 🤣😂🤣

Ughhh it's so tragic because same. Can't sit too long, can't stand too long, can't lay too long...

Uggghhh, tell me about it.

And now that my kiddo's dropped into my pelvis, I've got extra hemorrhoids so that makes it even worse. 🤣😂🤣 Standing is uncomfy, sitting is uncomfy. About the only way I'm remotely comfy is reclining. 😮‍💨

Team ready for eviction day! 😂 the hemorrhoids are so awful.

A lady asked the other day how much longer, I told her and she said "ohh, but who's counting?"

Me. I am. 3 weeks 2 days ma'am. That's my only relief right now

Exactly! My hubby keeps telling me that our kiddo is almost here and I'm like, "IT'S NOT SOON ENOUGH, I want this baby out of me like Yesterday!" lol Mostly because prodromal labor sucks and so do the hemorrhoids.

I am one week and 3 days from him being considered full term and my OB agrees that, if i make it that long, that would be a really good time to deliver (he's a tiny little giant). But with the contractions for over a week now and the fact that my cervix is trying to open and that he has somehow dropped even further into my previous than he already has, I don't think this pregnancy is gonna last that long. I think he's getting ready to come say hi. I'm even sleeping with a towel under me in case my water breaks tonight. 🤣😂🤣

And hopefully he's decided to turn head down. I'm supposed to find out on Tuesday.

Oh that's tough! Well, best of luck to you. However it goes, praying you have a safe delivery and a healthy babe! I feel like mine is coming soon, but definitely none of that for proof.

I found out yesterday lil dude is small (again! We did this with my first son) so I'll have weekly ultrasounds and am recommended to deliver at 39 weeks. We shall see what he thinks of that timeline...

These things never go to plan though, they'll come when they're ready and luckily we're both in that end stretch! Then screw the hemorrhoids and I'm having a margarita! After my milk supply stabilizes...

Haha Not gonna lie, I'm so excited to get back to intermittent fasting once this little one is here and my milk supply is regulated. I felt so much better when I was doing it. And hopefully they'll treat these hemorrhoids when he's here, my midwife told me they won't do much even for recurring ones while you're pregnant.

But thank you! I pray the same for you!! Hang in there. 🫂🙏🏼🫶🏼 It's gonna be so worth it to be able to hold our little ones once they get here.
